getting a syntax error in the forest when the first succubus kisses you, I downloaded it from where u suggested, ran it with locale emulator too

It was a bug.

To anyone who might encounter a simlar glitch/bug,

i recommend replaying the game entirely and applying the most recent english translation patch from this website

just search for it

Emulator? I am having the same issue with any kind of translated copy, and I've never had to use an emulator before for games like this - unless you mean I need a different version of RPG Maker?
